For buyers

A private deal room for AEC operational records. Archeon represents the firm, so you deal with one counterparty on the seller side. Approved buyers see each opportunity when it opens.

[WHO BUYS]

Records for vendors, evaluation teams, startups and labs.

Each opportunity is a single firm’s records. Archeon runs the process on the firm’s behalf, and bids close on a date set in advance.

01

Data vendors and brokers

You supply AI labs and need licensed, rights-cleared operational records from the AEC sector.

02

RL environment and evaluation teams

You build environments and test sets and need real project decisions with known outcomes.

03

AEC AI startups

You build tools for design, engineering or construction teams and need the records those teams work from.

04

AI labs

You train models on professional work and need records that show how the work was done.

[DEAL ALERTS]

Set your preferences once and get matching listings.

Approved buyers choose what they want to see. When a listing matches, you hear about it before the bid window closes.

01

Set preferences once

Choose the sectors, record types and regions you want, and we match new listings to them.

02

Matching listings by email

Each match arrives as an anonymous listing. The firm is not named.

03

A one-page summary PDF

Every listing comes with a summary you can forward to your team.

04

Calendar invites

Bid deadlines arrive as calendar invites, so a round does not pass unnoticed.

[HOW THE PROCESS WORKS]

A sealed bid, a fair Q&A and a best-and-final round.

You are vetted before you see any opportunity. Every bidder gets the same information, and the firm compares the offers.

01

Sign the listing NDA

Each listing has its own NDA. Signing it opens the samples and the detail behind the summary.

02

Review samples

Look at sample records and the data description before you decide what to bid.

03

Submit a sealed bid

Bid before the deadline. No bidder sees another bid or another bidder’s name.

04

Ask questions

Questions go through a Q&A board. Answers go to every bidder, without naming who asked.

05

Best and final

Shortlisted buyers are invited to a best-and-final round with its own deadline.

06

Non-exclusive by default

Time-limited exclusivity is a separate option, priced as its own offer.

[WHAT LISTINGS DESCRIBE]

Each listing describes the records, not the firm.

The anonymized summary gives you enough to decide whether to sign the NDA for that listing. It also says whether the records are linked, from RFI to submittal to change order to outcome, with project communication where the firm offers it.

[WHAT A LISTING CAN OFFER]

An archive license, a refresh feed or an evaluation set.

Licenses are non-exclusive by default, so more than one buyer can license the same archive over time. A firm can offer time-limited exclusivity at a price, and the firm decides. For RL and evaluation teams, some listings link each record to how it was resolved, such as whether an RFI led to a change order and what it cost.

01

Archive license

The firm’s records through a cutoff date, licensed for a one-time payment.

02

Refresh feed

New records delivered quarterly, twice a year or yearly for a multi-year term, paid each period.

03

Evaluation set

A private test set, licensed separately for a limited term and priced separately.

[WHAT YOU RECEIVE]

Cleaned files, linked and approved by the firm.

Archeon cleans the files and the firm approves each one before you see it. The records arrive linked, from RFI to submittal to change order to outcome, with project communication where offered. Consistent IDs keep the links intact after cleaning. The cleaned files go straight to you.

01

Cleaned files with consistent pseudonyms

Names and project details are replaced with consistent pseudonyms, so links between RFIs, submittals and change orders survive.

02

Drawing excerpts attached to records

The drawing details an RFI or submittal refers to are cropped and attached to the records that reference them.

03

A delivery record

Each delivery comes with a signed record of the files, the cleaning rules applied and the firm’s approval of each file.

[RIGHTS]

Rights are screened before you see an opportunity.

Archeon checks each dataset against the firm’s client contracts. Anything with a restriction or a client claim is set aside. One counterparty on the seller side negotiates price, exclusivity, payment timing, liability cap and deletion of the delivered data.

01

Firm-owned process records

Archeon screens each dataset for records the firm created and has the right to license.

02

Client work stays out by default

Project drawings and models are included only with the building owner’s written consent, after Archeon removes identifying details and the firm checks each file.

03

Design files, where offered

Some listings include design files such as standard details, Revit families and model-derived schedules. Project models are offered only with owner consent.

04

Sensitive work stays out

Federal and security-sensitive work (CUI and ITAR) is excluded.

05

Personal data stays out

Personal data and protected health information are excluded or removed.
