Estimating and bids
Estimates, bid histories, fee proposals and cost databases.
Estimating records show how work is priced and how bids are won or lost. A bid history ties a number to an outcome, which makes it useful to a buyer.
Many firms keep these in Excel for years. We work from the files as they are and prepare them for license.

Four steps before anything leaves your firm.
Preparation runs on exports. Your staff keep working in their systems while we do it.
Inventory
We list what exists, where it lives and how complete it is.
Rights screen
Counsel checks each category against your contracts and your clients’ rights.
De-identification
Archeon removes client names, addresses and personal data from what remains, and your team approves every cleaned file.
Packaging
Cleaned files are organized and described so a buyer can review them. They pass through a temporary process and are never stored.
Set aside before preparation starts.
Client names and project addresses are removed. Anything under a confidentiality clause with a client or subcontractor is set aside until your counsel decides.
Federal or security-sensitive work (CUI and ITAR), personal data and protected health information are excluded from every license. Project drawings and models are included only with the building owner’s written consent, after Archeon removes identifying details and your team checks each file.
How every license works.
You keep ownership
You keep ownership and copyright and can keep using your records. Any exclusivity is negotiated, priced and in writing.
You keep your copyright
Licenses are for AI training. Your firm keeps ownership of its records.
Nothing upfront
You pay nothing to start. Archeon’s fee is paid when your firm is paid.
Terms in writing
You see the numbers in writing before you sign, and your counsel reviews the license.
