About this site

This site describes the services of Archeon, which represents architecture, engineering and construction firms in licensing their project records to AI data buyers. Using the site means you accept these terms.

No offer or advice

Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or license your records, a promise of any price or a guarantee of any result. Figures shown are published buyer tiers and market facts and are not a quote for your firm. Archeon does not provide legal advice. Your firm should have its own counsel review any license.

Agreements are written

Any license or fee arrangement exists only in a signed written agreement. Archeon’s fee is paid by the firm when it receives payment, under the terms of the engagement letter. Submitting the intake form creates no obligation for you or for Archeon.

Your submissions

Please submit accurate information about your firm. Do not send client drawings, models, personal data or work subject to federal or security restrictions through the intake form. How we handle the details you do submit is described on the Privacy page.

The client portal

Firms that work with Archeon get an account on the client portal at app.archeondata.com. You are responsible for who at your firm uses the account. Sign-in links go to the work email on the account, so please do not forward them. Tell us if someone leaves your firm and should lose access.

Upload only what the engagement letter covers, such as inventory answers, documents and the files you send into a cleaning job. Do not upload client drawings or models without the owner’s written consent, or work subject to federal or security restrictions. Access to the portal is logged. How long files are kept is set in your engagement letter.

Buyers accept an NDA before they see more than an anonymized summary, and we keep a record of that acceptance. Archeon does not sell the contents of your files and does not use them to train its own AI. The details are on the Privacy page.

Product names on this site are trademarks of their owners. Archeon is not affiliated with these companies.

Site content

The text, design and images on this site belong to Archeon. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Archeon is not liable for losses that arise from use of the site.
