Standards and QA/QC
QA/QC checklists, SOPs, office standards and spec templates.
Standards records describe how your firm checks its own work. Buyers value them because practitioners wrote them and refined them over many projects.
Most firms hold these on a shared drive in several versions. We find the current version and the history behind it.

Four steps before anything leaves your firm.
Preparation runs on exports. Your staff keep working in their systems while we do it.
Inventory
We list what exists, where it lives and how complete it is.
Rights screen
Counsel checks each category against your contracts and your clients’ rights.
De-identification
Archeon removes client names, addresses and personal data from what remains, and your team approves every cleaned file.
Packaging
Cleaned files are organized and described so a buyer can review them. They pass through a temporary process and are never stored.
Set aside before preparation starts.
The default offer covers the written process around a detail library. If your firm wants to include its own standard details, that is an optional design files add-on.
Federal or security-sensitive work (CUI and ITAR), personal data and protected health information are excluded from every license. Project drawings and models are included only with the building owner’s written consent, after Archeon removes identifying details and your team checks each file.
How every license works.
You keep ownership
You keep ownership and copyright and can keep using your records. Any exclusivity is negotiated, priced and in writing.
You keep your copyright
Licenses are for AI training. Your firm keeps ownership of its records.
Nothing upfront
You pay nothing to start. Archeon’s fee is paid when your firm is paid.
Terms in writing
You see the numbers in writing before you sign, and your counsel reviews the license.
Tell us what your firm holds.
For firms with 20 or more employees. A data review costs nothing and we reply by email.
